By accessing or using InvoDraft ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvoDraft provides online document generation tools for creating bills of sale, invoices, estimates, receipts, rental agreements, and pay stubs. The Service is provided "as is" and is not a legal service. Documents generated by InvoDraft are not legal advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion. One-time purchases ($4.99) are non-refundable after the PDF is downloaded.

5. No Legal Advice

InvoDraft is a document generation tool, not a law firm. The documents generated should not be construed as legal advice. For complex legal situations, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

6. Limitation of Liability

InvoDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InvoDraft in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, are used for fraudulent purposes, or are inactive for extended periods.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
