How to create a Bill of Sale (vehicle, boat, trailer)

1. Click New document → Vehicle Bill of Sale.
2. Pick the state - InvoDraft uses the state-specific form, including DMV requirements, odometer disclosure, lien fields, and notary lines if needed.
3. Fill in seller and buyer details (Pro users: pick from saved clients).
4. Add the vehicle info (VIN, make, model, year, mileage, color).
5. Set sale price and payment method (cash, financed, trade-in).
6. Preview and Download PDF.

State-specific notes

• Texas, California, Florida - odometer disclosure is mandatory if the vehicle is under 20 years old.
• Notarization required in: Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Wyoming.
• InvoDraft inserts the notary block automatically based on state.
