InvoDraft helps you draft a professional invoice, bill of sale, estimate, receipt, rental agreement or pay stub in under 3 minutes - no Excel templates, no Word, no design skills required.
Step 1 - Open the chooser
Press ⌘N (Mac) or Ctrl + N (Windows) anywhere in the app, or click New document in the sidebar. Pick a document type (invoice, bill of sale, estimate, receipt, rental, pay stub).
Step 2 - Choose a format
After you pick a type, you'll see every legal format for that document - Simple, Standard, Legal, and more. Free plans include one basic format; paid plans unlock odometer disclosures, promissory notes, IRS donation language, and comprehensive leases.
Step 3 - Fill in what you know
Every field has a sensible placeholder. Saved clients auto-fill when you pick one. Saved business details (logo, address, tax ID) auto-fill at the top.
Step 4 - Preview, download, send
Click Download PDF to generate your selected format. Then download, email, or share with a link.
Tip: All documents are auto-saved while you type. Close the tab any time - your draft is safe.
